Racing at Tipperary will go ahead as place after an early morning inspection found the track will be fit for action, despite overnight snow.
Lorcan Wyer, IHRB Clerk of the Course at Tipperary, said: "Following our inspection this morning, the track at Tipperary was found to be fit for racing.
"There is a light dusting of snow still on the track but there is no frost in the ground.
"The forecast is a mix of sunny spells and wintery showers for this morning and then becoming largely dry this afternoon. The ground here at Tipperary is now soft, yielding to soft in places."
Meanwhile the IHRB are monitoring the situation at Punchestown ahead of Saturday's meeting with heavy rain and winds forecast for the weekend.
There is a status yellow rain and wind warning in place tonight into tomorrow with possibilty of 25mm of rain ahead on the meeting.
The going is currently yielding on the hurdle, chase and bumper and yielding/good to yielding in places on the cross country.
