Leona Maguire missed the cut by one shot at the The Annika and so must now wait to see whether she'll be part of the field for next week's CME Group Tour Championship.
Maguire carded a second round 72 to add to her opening 70 at the Pelican Golf Club in Florida to leave her on two-over par, just shy of being around for the weekend. With 60 players making it to the season finale, the Cavan golfer is now 61st in the provisional LPGA rankings and must now watch on to see whether she can creep back into the top 60.
LEADERBOARD
Things were looking good early on for Maguire in her second round after making birdies at one, three, five and six. However a double bogey on the par-5 seventh and a bogey on eight stalled her momentum. She did get one back on 11 before bogeying 12 and 16.
England's Charley Hull shot a four-under-par 66 on Friday to give her a two-shot advantage over the field on 10-under.
Nelly Korda was alone in second place on 8-under after her second consecutive 66, while a four-way tie for third place at -7 includes Alexa Pano (64),South Korea's Jin Hee Im (65) and Mi Hyang Lee (68) and Thailand's WichaneeMeechai (66).
