Dundalk FC have been granted a licence to compete in the SSE Airtricity Men's First Division for the 2025 season and have confirmed they will not be entering the SCARP process.
This also means the Louth-based club will avoid a points deduction for next season.
The club were given a week's extension to meet the criteria to secure a licence. They are the last of the 10 Premier Division and 10 First Division clubs to secure their playing rights for next year.
Owner John Temple had been attempting to resolve outstanding issues at the club with unspecified debts remaining at Oriel Park.
A statement from the club read: "Following the work undertaken by the Independent Club Licensing Committee, the Football Association of Ireland can confirm that Dundalk FC has been awarded licence to compete in the SSE Airtricity Men's First Division for the 2025 League of Ireland season."
