Playing at Sea Island's Seaside Course, 29-year-old McNealy sank a five foot putt on the last to finish a shot ahead of Luke Clanton, Nico Echavarria and Daniel Berger.
Berger had a shot to force a play-off with McNealy, but he missed his birdie putt after his approach landed within 20 feet of the hole.
Power withdrew during his second round owing to a back injury, but closes out the season inside the top 60 FedEx Cup Fall Series.
The Waterford native finished 56th overall, thus securing a spot in the first two signature events of the 2025 season, the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and Genesis Invitational.
